Daniel Bryan Gone?

This is a shocker. Has a lot of people thinking that it may be a work (part of the storyline). I do not know what to make of it just yet. Bryan Danielson, the highly-rated wrestler from the indies, has been released by the WWE. People treated this guy like he was some kind of god. The WWE pushed him with a very unique angle and focus before they did any of those other rookies in his class.

That all being said, part of me just felt that they were going to treat him like crap sooner or later anyway. The WWE is not always about pushing great wrestling to the top, or having something like that really be their centerpiece. Bryanson would have his talents and potential wasted in the end. What will you be impressed by? Having him spam 3 or 4 submissions, but then get beaten down for most of the match and do mediocre moves you can see from The Miz? Many may not have ever appreciated his skills. Maybe the hype from the WWE would have filled in for that, but it is not the same in my book.

If this is real, what was the last straw? Spitting on Cena? Choking a guy? Making himself stand out to much in the ending segment of Raw? Backstage issues? Being too cocky? I look forward to reading those dirtsheet rumors.
