Ryback Vs. Injured Super Cena: Last Man Standing

The feud between John Cena and Ryback continues to go down the path of the typical Cena feud. The injury angle already put things in that direction, but recent developments solidified it. At Extreme Rules, the WWE Championship match will be a Last Man Standing match. Will John Cena be healthy enough to answer a 10 count? It would help if they had Ryback target Cena's injury. Cena is just going to heal up and it would be stupid to try to make people believe that a Cena sprinting around is still in trouble. Ryback was left standing on Raw this week, but they still need to develop this better.

They also took the opportunity once again to sell just how much of a great guy Cena is. Even though he was injured, he came out to help Daniel Bryan with The Shield when Ryback would not. Ryback's actions are solidifying his heel status, but that isn't too big of a deal. Will it really help make him into a star? I don't think they are going in that direction. Still seems to be more about featuring Cena's old character than developing Ryback.
